Braised Turnip Napoleon mushrooms, fromage frais, chestnuts, and bordelaise sauce

Duck au Vin duck confit, lardons, mushrooms and roasted shallots in a red wine jus, heirloom carrots and purple top turnips

Steak Frites +10 McIntosh 6oz Beef Tenderloin served au Poivre, brandy peppercorn sauce, with Bouffon triple cooked frites and aïoli
